Heledd started playing the harp at a young age, working to
gain a Distinction at Grade 8, and then to continue
expanding her repertoire of music to suit all tastes and
occasions.
She has been a harpist for weddings and other functions
for over six years, having played from such locations as
the windy cliffs of Oxwich Bay to the inviting atmosphere
of the Marriott Hotel, on such special occasions as St.
David’s Day and St. Valentines Day. She has welcomed to
shore the passengers of a German Cruise Ship docking in
Swansea, and entertained guests at the wedding of the
Welsh Rugby star Andy Moore.
Her
extensive repertoire ranges from traditional Celtic and
Classical pieces to songs from such artists as The Beatles
and Sting. She is always willing to accommodate new pieces
into her repertoire if requested, providing its
suitability for the harp. |
