professional harpist has been providing
music for special occasions
to the highest
standard for over 15
years and
has entertained
notables ranging
from Frank Sinatra to the
Prince of Wales.
She has played for hundreds of events at top
London and Country House Hotels;
in St James’s
and Hampton Court Palaces;
Highclere,
Sudeley, Berkeley, and Eastnor
Castles; many
Stately Homes and National
Trust properties; at
the Royal Academy and the National Gallery;
on the QEII, and for many high - level
corporate
and private events including numerous
occasions when British and foreign Royalty
have been present. For over ten years she was
the Resident Harpist at London’s five-star Le
Meridien Hotel in Piccadilly.
She’s experience also includes performing with
major
symphony, ballet and theatre orchestras
in London, throughout the UK, and abroad,
including recordings and broadcasts with such
groups as the London Symphony Orchestra,
the BBC Symphony at the Proms, the Royal
Ballet Sinfonia, the City of Birmingham
Symphony Orchestra, and the English National
Opera’s historic visit to the Glastonbury
Festival.
Active as a teacher, She teaches harp at the Royal
Academy of Music in London, the Birmingham
Conservatoire, and has
also taught at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama,
Trinity College of Music
and the Juilliard School.
She earned a Master
Of Music Degree from the Juilliard School in New York and
her Bachelor of
Music degree from the
Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. She was a major
prize-winner in the
American Harp Society
National Competition.
With a repertoire of
background music ranging from favourite classics to the
great standards of Gershwin,
he Beatles and the West End Shows, She has
delighted clients, not only with her natural artistry, but
also with her choice of
music which always suits the particular occasion. |
