This
harpist has been providing harp music for
 weddings
and events since 1991 both as a solo harpist and as part
of Celeste flute & harp duo. She has played at many of the
top wedding and events venues across the South West and
Midlands.
She
knows that your wedding day or event is incredibly
important and she believes that music plays a vital role.
She will work closely with you to help you choose music to
enhance your event. Her repertoire list is a basic
guide but if there are pieces you would like which are not
on the list, she will do her best to arrange the piece
for you.
Her musical education
began at school where she gained distinctions in grade 8
harp, oboe and piano. She gained BMus (Hons) from the
University of Birmingham whilst continuing her harp
studies with Robert Johnston (principal harpist City of
Birmingham Symphony Orchestra).
This
talented harpist has performed concertos with regional
orchestras and given recitals as part of Celeste flute and
harp duo. She has played for the CBSO, the Royal
Shakespeare Company and many national and regional
orchestras.
She enjoys
teaching both the harp and piano and is much in demand as
a freelance player in the South West where she combines
her musical career with a young family.
