Harpist Jade, uses an electric harp which
plugs into an amplifier just like an electric guitar
does or an acoustic harp when requested; this gives her
real flexibility to play any style of choice, whether
classical, folk, rock and pop or eastern and oriental
styles, played on her French made Camac Electroharpe.
Her harp has 36 strings and is ornately decorated in
green and gold metallic carbon fibre. Jade’s harp
creates a unique ambience adding an exotic flavour to
the performance. She can also use various electronic
effects to add some more theatrical elements, or perhaps
to give the effect of playing in a church or large hall,
if desired. Almost any effect can be achieved!
She graduated with a Masters from
Goldsmiths College a year ago and recently appeared on
BBC 1.
Her harp adds a unique accompaniment to
that special occasion. Perfect for weddings, cocktail
parties, corporate hospitality and other exclusive
events, harp music will enchant your guests with its
melodious lilting sound whilst remaining soft and
unobtrusive. Ornate and portable, the harp is a
delightful alternative to more traditional forms of
background music. The harp is a versatile instrument and
lends itself well to most musical genres. Her extensive
repertoire spans light jazz, baroque and classical,
folk, show tunes and popular hits.
