This Welsh harpist was inspired to play
the harp at the age of 10 and went on to become a National
Eisteddfod Winner, Finalist in the Rotary Clubs Young
Musician of the Year and Texaco Young Musician of Wales.
She has performed as a soloist at the Royal Festival
Hall, Royal Albert Hall and the Houses of Parliament and
has recorded for several Television and Radio
performances.
As
well as performing as a soloist She also enjoys
rehearsing and
performing with other musicians – she particularly enjoys
playing for musicals and has appeared at Cardiff’s New
Theatre and the Bristol Hippodrome several times. She
also enjoys performing as part of her successful flute and
harp duo who are
in great
demand for private functions, weddings, corporate events
and solo concerts
As well as having a busy performing career
She enjoys teaching Music and working with young
people. She is currently working in Porthcawl
Comprehensive School where she teaches pupils aged 11-18.
She
is widely experienced in providing ambient music for
Weddings,
Receptions, Gala Dinners and similar social events and is
always keen to advise on appropriate music for such events
from her wide-ranging repertoire. |
