This talented freelance harpist is based in Aberdeenshire and Glasgow.  She is experienced in performing at various events and occasions.  She studies pedal harp at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama but also is experienced in performing regularly on the Scottish harp (clarsach).  She plays a Salvi Diana Concert Grand harp which was frequently played on the QE2 cruise liner.  Her Scottish harp is a Pilgrim Clarsach which is very portable and suitable for occasions with limited space.

She was awarded the prestigious John Sebastian Morley Prize at the International Harp Summer School in 2009 and has played Scottish harp in the traditional band, Ceol Mor for the two years.  She has also attended the Edinburgh International 

Harp Festival for the past five years and taken part in Splore, the traditional music course at the Aberdeen International Youth Festival.  This accomplished harpist has
participated in several masterclasses, performing for many renowned harpists such as Daphne Bowden, David Watkins, Meinir Heulyn, Charlotte Seale and Imogen Barford.

Her teaching is in high demand and she has given numerous workshops on the harp and music of Scotland.  Her expressive playing shows her clear passion for the harp, which she strives to pass onto her pupils.  She plays in a wide range of styles to suite everyoccasion and her repertoire consists of music from many genres including traditional, classical and popular pieces as well as her own compositions and arrangements.

The magical sound of the harp will create the perfect atmosphere for any celebration.  This harpist’s performances are suitable for all occasions, from weddings to corporate events and each client’s individual tastes and requirements can be accommodated.
